Service Description

This practical, hands-on workshop invites participants to explore healthier eating through the art of no-bake snack-making. Using whole, accessible ingredients, each session focuses on creating delicious, energy-boosting bars designed to support wellbeing and fuel busy lives. Participants are guided step-by-step through the preparation of a selected recipe, with time to shape, decorate and enjoy their creations. All ingredients, equipment and packaging are provided, and recipe cards are included for those whoโ€™d like to recreate the bars at home. Suggested recipes include: ๐Ÿฅฃ Oat & Raisin Energy Bars โ€“ nut-free, high fibre, slow-release energy ๐Ÿซ Cocoa & Date Power Bars โ€“ plant-based, rich in magnesium and natural sweetness ๐ŸŽ Apple & Cinnamon Oat Bars โ€“ gently spiced, supports digestion, nut-optional ๐ŸŒด Tropical Apricot & Coconut Bars โ€“ bright, summery flavour, high fibre No cooking facilities are required other than a microwave, making this session ideal for community venues, workplace events, or pop-up wellbeing activities with limited kitchen access. This workshop is perfect for corporate wellbeing days, educational settings or as a creative, low-pressure group experience with lasting impact.
