This practical, hands-on workshop invites participants to explore healthier eating through the art of no-bake snack-making. Using whole, accessible ingredients, each session focuses on creating delicious, energy-boosting bars designed to support wellbeing and fuel busy lives. Participants are guided step-by-step through the preparation of a selected recipe, with time to shape, decorate and enjoy their creations. All ingredients, equipment and packaging are provided, and recipe cards are included for those whoโd like to recreate the bars at home.
