This session is designed for students heading off to university or living independently for the first time. Focused on simple, nutritious and budget-friendly meals, the workshop equips young adults with the skills they need to cook confidently with minimal equipment, limited space and basic ingredients. The session includes hands-on cooking, tips on kitchen essentials, batch cooking basics and ingredient swaps. Itโ€™s a supportive, engaging way to prepare for the realities of cooking without relying on takeaways or ready meals โ€“ ideal for school leavers, gap year students or first-time renters.
